Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a flat $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging or a reusable mailer, ensuring all original Worn Wear tags are still attached to the garments.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
